Christian Counseling in Norwell, MA

And Virtual Through All of Massachusetts

Online and in-person therapy for first responders and caregivers recovering from trauma. Trauma-informed, somatic, and faith-based support.

Looking for Christian counseling? You've found the right place. I combine faith and therapy to support healing and spiritual growth.

Important Notice

I offer Christian counseling for clients who directly request integrating their faith into their healing process. My training includes graduate-level clinical work in a Christian counseling setting, as well as training through the American Association of Christian Counselors. I have experience supporting individuals who want to explore trauma, grief, and identity through a Biblical lens alongside other therapeutic tools. While I am not a pastoral counselor or theologian, I welcome your spiritual questions and values as part of our work, and can incorporate prayer or scripture when requested and appropriate.

You’ve Been the Hands and Feet of Jesus—But Your Soul Feels Weary

As a caregiver, first responder, or servant-hearted professional, you’ve likely given endlessly… comforting the hurting, showing up in crisis, and extending grace when others could not. And yet inside, you may feel distant from God, spiritually empty, or ashamed that you're struggling at all.

You might pray, but feel unheard. You might carry trauma that makes trusting others (or God) feel difficult. And even when your faith is strong, your body and heart still hold the weight of what you’ve witnessed and endured.

Christian counseling creates space for both your pain and your faith. There’s no pressure to have the “right” answers or push through with platitudes. Here, we’ll honor your story, explore how your faith fits into your healing, and walk together toward wholeness, with God at the center.

What is Christian Counseling?

Christian counseling is a therapeutic approach that blends psychological insight with biblical principles. It recognizes that healing involves the mind, body, and spirit, and that your relationship with God is a vital part of your wholeness.

In this space, you’re invited to bring your questions, your heartbreak, your hope, and your faith. We might include prayer, scripture, or simply hold space for how your spirituality is shaping your healing.

You don’t have to choose between therapy and faith. Christian counseling allows you to pursue emotional healing without leaving God out of the process.

If you’ve been trying to hold it together while feeling distant from God, faith, or even yourself: you’re not alone. Whether you’ve lost your sense of connection or are simply yearning for something deeper, you deserve a space where your spiritual and emotional life can coexist.

That’s exactly why I created this space… to support helpers like you who are tired of feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck. I specialize in working with first responders, nurses, teachers, and caregivers who have faced trauma and need a compassionate, gentle approach to healing.

In Christian counseling, we invite your faith journey into the therapeutic process, without judgment or pressure. Wherever you are spiritually, we’ll explore your healing path together with grace and honesty. This is a judgment-free zone where your whole self matters, not just your professional role. I’ll be here with you every step of the way.
