You’re More Than Your Role—You Deserve Healing That Honors Your Journey
If you’re a trauma-exposed helping professional who feels overwhelmed by the emotional weight of your work, you’re not alone. I specialize in trauma therapy tailored to caregivers like you: those who’ve been on the front lines of others’ pain, often at the cost of your own well-being.
My approach draws from evidence-based modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Flash, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed parts work to help you break free from the invisible chains that hold you back from who you want to be.
Whether you're burned out, emotionally numb, haunted by what you've seen, or simply tired of feeling alone in your pain, I’m here to support you.
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” — Carl Jung
Overwhelmed by the Emotional Toll of Your Work?
In trauma-informed psychotherapy, much of our work focuses on gently uncovering the hidden layers of your experiences across the life course—the unconscious beliefs, emotions, and memories that have shaped how you respond to stress, relationships, and self-care. These unconscious patterns often guide our behaviors and feelings without our awareness, sometimes making us feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from ourselves.
By bringing these unconscious parts into conscious awareness within a safe and supportive space, you gain the clarity and insight needed to understand your responses—not as flaws or fate, but as natural reactions shaped by your history. This awareness opens the door to new choices, healing, and empowerment, allowing you to rewrite your story with intention and self-compassion.
We will work together so you can move forward with a greater sense of emotional freedom, resilience, and peace.
Greater Freedom, Resilience, & Peace
Sessions take place in a private space that invites comfort and calm. Whether you're arriving after a long shift or in the middle of a hard season, this is a space where you can exhale, feel safe, & focus on your healing so that you can:
Untangle complex grief, PTSD, and identity loss
Rebuild your sense of self beyond your professional role
Set healthy boundaries without guilt
Use evidence-based therapies that prioritize nervous system safety

Trauma-Informed Support for Helping Professionals Ready to Reclaim Their Lives
I see you—the helping professional and caregiver who always shows up for others, even when you’re running on empty. I understand how heavy it feels when the weight of others’ trauma starts to close in, and your own needs fade into the background. Those moments of overwhelm, anxiety, or numbness aren’t signs of weakness; they’re your nervous system asking for care.
What you’re experiencing isn’t a personal failing. It’s a common human response to carrying heavy, repeated trauma. There’s no shame in seeking support.
My role is to walk with you on your healing journey, helping you tap into the resilience and strength that’s already within you.

Healing begins with one small step, and you don’t have to take it alone. Together, we’ll craft a personalized path forward that helps you release what’s been weighing you down.
